Pinole Aviles is the only pinole for me. There are other kinds but not one of them comes close to its quality and taste. I mix it in cold milk and find it refreshing and delicious. I used to get it in Tucson, but I can't find it in Nogales, Arizona and not even in Nogales, Sonora.

PLEASE, ESPECIAS AVILES, WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PINOLE - the white, light one, not the roasted kind with sugar and cinnamon.
